According to Rumaguera, Borces is working as a traffic aide for a Cebu City private school and spends three hours a day – from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. – managing traffic. Borces said he does not mind the P300-per-week pay he receives from his employer; saying he prefers earning an honest living than depend on his relatives. The differently-abled Borces, who lives alone in his own place, vowed to continue working as a traffic aide as long as he is healthy. He is worth all the praises he is getting!
